PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS FAVORITE FACE creates made-to-order products using the photo and selections you submit. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the rights and permission to use any photo, image, name, or other content you upload. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or violates another person's rights. We may decline content that does not meet these requirements. ORDER ACCURACY You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including the selected scent, shipping address, and uploaded photo, before checkout. We make reasonable efforts to follow your submitted customization, but minor variation in crop, color, or appearance may occur between screens and the finished item. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY Orders are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production and an estimated 7–12 business days for delivery after production. See our Shipping Policy for details. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Customized items are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We will assist with verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All site content, branding, designs, and materials owned by FAVORITE FACE may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
