  3. You get 2 free revisions (background, pose crop, small details).
  4. Nothing is printed until you approve. If we don't hear back in 72 hours, we'll send one reminder; we only print after your reply.

Add-ons: Add another pet (+$20) · Add the digital file (+$15) · Rush preview within 12 hours (+$15) – speeds up the preview only, not printing or shipping.

Custom order policy

  • Cancel any time before approval for a full refund.
  • Because each item is custom-made, we can't accept returns for change of mind after approval.
  • If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, send a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it for free.

Your photos

Your photos are used only to create your portrait. We delete your original photos 30 days after your order is complete. We never use your photos or portrait in marketing without your written permission. Our AI and printing partners process your photo only to make your order. Email us anytime to delete it sooner.
